Recital and Dance Performance in Graz - A Poet´s Love by Robert Schumann

Great news! One of my protégés, Viola Stingl, who I have known for many years from the Ballettschule Reinisch (s. photo below), was asked to do a choreography at a spring event in Graz. The recital and dance performance is called “Im wunderschönen Monat Mai” (“In the lovely month may”) and Viola will be dancing too.

Last Wednesday I got a first idea of the performance. Viola danced for me one of the airs. It was amazing, in the court of the beautiful Palais Herberstein*. I enjoyed the private performance and so did many tourists who were passing by, and the staff of the museum.
