If I tried to find an answer to the question what (dark) chocolate makes so irresistible, I would say – it is the dark brown color, like velvet, it is the mirroring effect in which light whatever, it is its melting quality, be it on a cream, on a cake or in your mouth, it is the intense taste of cocoa and the distinctiveness that it goes with every other sweet. Do only cover strawberries with chocolate and you have a spectacular dessert. I covered a walnut cake with chocolate, which is a favorite of us, not only right after it is finished, even better the next day.
Preheat oven to 180° C. Grind oats and nuts in your food processor to meal.
Mix yoghurt and sugar in a bowl. Add the nut-oatmeal-mixture, the melted margarine, the water and vanilla. Stir-mix well. Let sit for 10 – 15 minutes.
Grease a pan (or cover with parchment paper) and fill the dough in. Bake about 30 minutes (until it is firm and not too dark). Take out of the oven and let cool. After about half an hour get the cake out of the pan and put onto a plate.
In a small pan warm the jam and the water. Mix well, until it is creamy. Cover the cake with the help of a knife.
Break chocolate into small pieces. Clean the pan, boil 5 – 6 tbsp water and set aside. Put chocolate pieces into the hot water. Add coconut oil. Stir until everything is solved. You want to have a light creamy liquid. Pour on the top of the cake and spread with a knife. Decorate with nuts. Serve with fresh strawberries. Enjoy the nut-chocolate dream!
