It is cold and grey outside, you are tired and working on something half-heartedly. And: you are craving for something chocolaty. I´ve got the solution – try this recipe. It is clear that you have to make it yourself as you will not get it anywhere this fresh and in this quality. It is not only awful delicious but it is healthy too. And you may take it twice a week … ok, four times in deepest winter.
Half the pear lengthwise, peel, core and cook in water. Add lemon juice and coconut sugar. Let it once boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
In a cup stir hazelnut butter and almond cream. Don´t overdo. It looks nicer when it is “marbled”.
Boil water (some 5 – 6 Tbsp) in a small pan. Set aside. Break the chocolate in small pieces and put it into the hot water. Let it melt for a while and stir then until it is creamy.
Take the pear halves out of the water and drain. Put on a plate. – Keep the sauce in a glass. It makes a very good drink when you are thirsty.
Add hazelnut-almond-cream and cocoa nibs. Pour the chocolate sauce over cream, nibs and pear. Enjooooooy!
*Don´t forget to take organic products!
