5 Tips That Help to Prevent Flu and Coronavirus

1. TAKE NATURAL VITAMIN C

In times like these you want do know solutions. Right? If you are looking in books or on Internet for a prophylactic remedy against bacteria and viral infects that helps to stay healthy, you will for sure find as a first tip to take vitamin C. This is a very good tip. Sometimes they forget to add that it must be natural vitamin C (as the synthetic one cannot be absorbed by the body). Where from do we get natural vitamin C? Generally said from all vivid colored fruits, be they red, green, yellow, orange, blue or purple. And they must be organic!

2. … AND THIS NATURAL REMEDY

First I do not get a cent when promoting this fruit juice concentrate and I even cannot say that the people working in the company are helpful and polite. Three years ago they entered an amount incorrectly (I had transferred) – I didn´t get a note about nor the juice. When I called them (at my expense from Austria to Germany which was expensive), they laconically said, that something had gone wrong and I had to find out what! I did, got the remedy and stopped ordering it. This was a mistake, as during two years without juice I caught twice a one-and-a-half-day-cold and was angry about. So last November I ordered it again and am now fit as a fiddle (s. photo below).

3. WASH YOUR HANDS MORE OFTEN

Wash your hands with water and soap for at least 20 seconds after having touched doorknobs, buttons (lift, cash dispenser), cell phones and computer keyboards (when sharing the latter two with others), handles, handholds and shopping trolleys.

4. PAPER ISSUES ARE A GIRL´S BEST FRIENDS

And beware being coughed close by passengers in the bus and on the train. When you must sneeze or cough use classical handkerchiefs, paper tissues, paper napkins or kitchen rolls to cover your mouth. Throw them away afterwards and wash the ones made of fabric. If there is no hanky or paper towel, don´t cough into your hands but into the crook of the arm.

5. AIR ROOMS MANY TIMES A DAY

And take longs walks in nature, not in shopping centers. Fresh air, healthy eating and taking some supplements like the fruit extract with more than 70 natural ingredients will keep you healthy.

LAST TIP (ALIKE AS TIP NUMBER 1)

Take as many fruits as possible per day – at least in liquid form! If you find it to annoying to eat many fruits a day and if there is no time for a break, drink the vitamins. If you are living in a city you will for sure have a Smoothie Bar nearby. If there is none, prepare the smoothie at home and take it along to where you are working.
